Scatterbrained
Okay, so I started a blog series about my history with cars. I'm still going to write that, but I've gotten off-track (big surprise). I realized I cannot promise any sort of linear storylines on this blog, because I will be using it for multiple purposes: 1)music promotion, 2)a vent mechanism, 3)random thoughts, and 4)exploratory autobiography story series' ...
And the problem is... well, the problem is... uh... that I can't stay on one track for too long. I'm kind of a hot mess, really! :) I've just started truly utilizing blogger, and I'm trying to come up with some kind of organization (using tags, I suppose?) to keep everything simple. The last thing I want to deal with is multiple blogs and/or overwhelmed readers (when I actually have them), so bare with me while I get this all figured out.

Car Wars: Prologue
I think I may be in need of some spiritual re-enlightenment. And I think my experience with cars has been trying to tell me so. My Karma often exhibits itself in the form of vehicular malfunctions. I can't count how many times I've been "stranded." It's embarrassing, really. I've had several separate people crack jokes with me when the latest problem has arisen.
I've heard, "Haha! Have you ever thought about getting rid of your car and just buying a bicycle?" To which, my answer is "Yes!" But I have a kid, so that won't do. And I drive 50 miles each weekday, at the very least; I ain't gon' do that on no bike, dad-gummit... I've also heard, "Good grief! I think you must have murdered a car in a past life." To which, I reply, "Sounds logical enough!" Sort of.
I understand that a car is not a living creature, and thus, cannot be "murdered." However, perhaps, the PTB (Powers That Be) may choose to show me Karma (Yes, I think it's a proper noun!) in a form that is truly detrimental to my necessary daily 50-mile round-trip. And so, I reiterate the likelihood of my devolved spirit! I've had it with this car trouble! Guess I better straighten up!
Over the next few blog entries, I am going to take you on a journey. A journey through time and space. Mainly through time, but I'll throw some space in, too, for no additional fee. You will learn all about my personal Karmic history and how it's related to the car troubles of that era. You will be so captivated, I'm sure. Expect some serious cliffhanging suspension and drama. Or not.

So I used to blog on MySpace. Well, I finally broke down and utilized my dusty old blogger account. Who uses MySpace anymore, anyway? It's sad, really. I was such an addict.
